Teamcard Points

How to redeem Teamcard points on the new retail site:

 

• Your old itfcshop.com login will not work. Register a new account on shop.itfc.co.uk.
• You do not need to register your Teamcard at this stage.
• When you’re ready to make your first purchase, log into your newly created account.
• At the checkout stage you’ll see a Teamcard redemption box.
• Type in your Teamcard number (number above the barcode on the back of your card) The name on the Teamcard has to match the name on the account you are logged into.
• You’ll then have the option to redeem points before completing your purchase.
• Once you’ve made your first purchase your Teamcard details will be retained at checkout.

Please note: only one Teamcard can be linked and used at any one time. You cannot use multiple cards for one transaction. Each Teamcard needs to be linked to an account of the person who holds the membership account.
